All About Lessons 
The Katy Moy Experience Music Studio lessons are individually structured by the student and the teacher at the first lesson. Our teachers are trained to teach musical genres including Classical, Jazz, Broadway, Rock & Roll and Popular. Lessons may include, depending on the instrument, technique, music theory, arranging, or composition. Individual lessons are offered in 30, 45, and 60 minute increments. Weekly lessons are most effective and strongly encouraged.
All About the Teachers
The teachers at The Katy Moy Experience are highly qualified and experienced musicians. In addition to each teacher being extremely knowledgeable in his/her instrument, all of the teachers at The Katy Moy Experience are actively performing professional musicians.

Recitals
Students will have the opportunity to perform in recitals throughout the year. Recitals are a very important part of growing as a musician. Upcoming recital dates.
We loved the recital. Katy is a great piano and vocal coach, and we were not surprised when she led the recital professionally and with grace. She held the recital at a retirement community, which resulted in moments both humorous and moving. We can’t thank Katy enough for her hard work and patience in working with our children. And we can’t wait to attend another recital!

We currently provide lessons in the Greater Boston Area including Brookline, Newton, West Newton, West Roxbury, Wellesley, Natick, Westwood, Norwood, Sharon, Easton, Milton and Quincy.
Scheduling
Schedules are flexible and chosen by the students.
Cancellations
The Katy Moy Experience requires notice of 24 hours when canceling a lesson and will be billed otherwise. If there is an emergency or the student becomes ill on the lesson day, there will be no charge. If a lesson is cancelled in advance, the company will provide makeup opportunities for the missed lesson when possible.
Payments
Monthly invoices are sent out electronically by Freshbooks.

Discounts
If more than one student takes a lesson at the same location, the rate will be discounted to a 60 minute lesson rate.
